IMPORTANT: Please note that Bangladesh Embassy does not receive any visa application by post. Applicants must submit their applications either by themselves or by any authorized persons / organizations being physically present at the embassy]
(1) Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras and Panama nationals and other foreign nationals holding residence permit in Mexico may apply for Bangladesh visa. Please visit visa.gov.bd for online application for Visa. Please read the instructions carefully before you start your application.
(2) After completing the online application,a pdf form with barcode will be generated. The applicant will need to get a print-out of the filled-in application form with barcodeand submit it to the consular section of the Embassy.
[Note: Applicants under-18 years old must submit written permission from his/her parents along with the copies of Passport/ID card and birth certificate/municipality declaration.
(3) The applicants are required to submit the following documents depending on the purpose of the visit. However, it may also be noted that additional documents may be asked for by the Embassy as applicable.
A) Tourist Visa (Category: T. Also applicable for academic seminar, workshop etc.):

D) Visa for Study Purpose (Category: S):

(4) Visa Processing Time:
Applications are received from 09:30 am-12:30 pm on every work day. Visas are delivered from 1:00-3:30pm. Visa processing takes at least 3 (three) workdays, subject to receipt of all required documents/information. Some Visa categories that are required to be referred to the concerned authorities in Bangladesh may need more time.

Fees: $55.00 (Fifty five US Dollar) payable to the “ Bangladesh Embassy in Mexico City ’’ to the abovementioned account number and requested to place the receipt with the application form.
NO REFUNDS: Any Fees , once received by the Embassy, cannot be refunded, even if the application is withdrawn or service cannot be rendered.
Mail in Service: Most of the attestation cases, it is a mandatory provision to appear the applicant himself/herself. Inspite of these, if anybody wants to avail mail-in service, it is possible by providing a returned certified mail with tracking number.

Application and requirements are received at the counter between 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays. Delivery time is from 3:30–5:00 p.m. Usual visa application processing time would be one weeks. Therefore, applicants are requested to send their application well in advance so that the Embassy can process his or her visa request in a timely manner. For a Business Visa, we will try to process it as quickly as possible
